You guys, I am too tired for words, literally. Lifting, squatting, blah blah in 98 degree heat outside leaves Keeley Kraft a neglected blog. And I feel so bad about it. But I promise, I am going to get my biznaz together this weekend so that this blemish of a blogging week will be forgotten and hopefully forgiven.
